Litlehaug Staude og Urtegård offers accommodation in a family room or cottage. Here guests can enjoy the lush garden with perennials and herbs, as well as borrow bicycles and other hiking equipment to explore the island.
Litlehaug Staude and Urtegård are located on the island of Hugla in Nesna municipality. The small island has around 80 permanent inhabitants, and to get here you take a ferry from Nesna. At Litlehaug you can spend the night in quiet and idyllic surroundings. Urtestua can accommodate 8 overnight guests, while Bodilbu has two beds and is suitable for couples. Food service is agreed with the hosts. Litlehaug has a rich garden with herbs and perennials. There is a separate farm shop where you can buy spices, tea, jellies, jams and more. On the farm there is also a barbecue area that guests can use.
All overnight guests can rent bicycles for free, and it is also possible to rent a boat. The farm has a suitable filleting room and rents out fishing equipment. For those who want to go hiking, there is a marked hiking trail up to Mnt. Grønnlihatten. The trip takes about an hour round trip, and treats great views at the top 300 meters above sea leval. It is possible to rent a lavvo, hammock, sleeping bag and sleeping pad for those who want to go on longer trips.
