Ryfylke gardsysteri is idyllically located with a view of Hetlandsvatnet in Hjelmeland in Ryfylke. They produce cheese, yoghurt, cream cheese and eggs.

The cheese is made from fresh milk from the cows on the farm.

Rabben is a semi-solid unpasteurized white cheese.

Pøyg is stored for 3-6 months. and is the youngest.

Trave is stored for 6-12 months. It can vary in taste depending on whether it is out of stock when it is 6 or 12 months.

Farr is stored in min. 2 months and is the oldest. It is stronger in taste.

You can buy cheese, yogurt, eggs and other local products, such as apple juice, honey and jam, at the farm shop. The products can vary slightly from season to season.
