We, Hugo and Marielle, are cheese farmers and have our own dairy in fabulous Saupstad, in Lofoten. Lofoten Gårdsysteri wishes you welcome to make your own cheese.
We offer an introduction to cheese making and a pleasant conversation about organic production on the farm.
There will also be time to visit the goats.
Included in the price is organic coffee or tea with a selection of farm self-produced cheeses and homemade crackers.
