At Manshausen, we want you to relax and enjoy great food in beautiful natural surroundings.
You don’t need to be an overnight guest to dine with us, but please remember to book a table in advance. We are proud of our menu — it is as local as possible and always of high quality. With us, you can savour the moment and enjoy a flavorful experience that gives you the energy to explore all the beauty around you.
We were very pleased to welcome Eliska and Tonda as chefs at Manshausen. Their experience and ambitions aligned perfectly with our vision of offering meals that match the stunning nature surrounding us. Over two seasons, Eliska and Tonda have played a key role in developing the kitchen we have today.
