Milepelen Hotel & Inn offers accomodation in the heart of the municipalty of Nord-Odal. It has 26 beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, a restaurant that seats 100 people, a new meeting room that seats 30, and a newly renovated lounge - and a lovely view towards the lake of Storsjøen!

Why the name Milepelen?
The well-known author Sigurd Hoel was born in 1890 and grew up in Nord-Odal, at Sagstua.
In 1947, he wrote one of his most famous works, Meeting at the Milestone (Møte ved milepelen).
The title also suits our building perfectly – a meeting place for people of all ages and life events.
Milepelen is the heart of the community, a gathering place in both joy and sorrow.
