Millavassdamenn dam is classic «tømmerkistedam», or timber chest dam and is a good representation of the timber floating history in Inner Namdalen. It tells an area that grew and evolved through forestry. The dam was built around 1900 and in use for almost 70 years. It was restored in 2007.
