Imagine waking up in your tent to the sunlight streaming in, peeking outside, and seeing the king of Dovrefjell—the musk ox—standing just 500 meters away. For many, sleeping in a tent might be unfamiliar. However, with high-quality equipment, it becomes a comfortable and enjoyable activity, highly recommended for everyone. Most people develop a taste for more after a great experience.
As a bonus, you might also spot wild reindeer or arctic foxes, so keep your eyes open!
Oppdal Safari is passionate about ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their tours. If you have any specific requests, let them know. During the winter, tours are conducted on skis or snowshoes, and it’s also possible to arrange dog sledding.
