Northern Lights Experience at a Farm

The activity takes place outside on the farm, with the opportunity to meet the animals and enjoy a simple meal. Outside, you have a good chance to observe the Northern Lights and take great photos without light pollution. You can sit and enjoy it all by the campfire on warm seating (sheepskin from old Norwegian game sheep) or go into our cosy farm café, which has access to a toilet.

The experience takes place in the afternoon and evening, after dark.

The tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If this number is not reached, the tour may be cancelled.

Additional services:

At the farm, you can buy simple local dishes served in our cosy farm restaurant. We also offer a selection of farm products such as sheepskins, honey and homemade bread, perfect souvenirs to bring home.

We are licensed to serve alcohol with meals, and card payment is available at the farm.

Included: Guide, round-trip transport from the Tromsø pickup point, farm walk, meeting the animals on the farm (horse, sheep, goats, hens, cat and dog), gathering around the bonfire at the grill area, and serving of coffee/tea and a light snack in our small farm restaurant

Bring with you: Warm outdoor clothing and footwear, headgear, gloves, possibly a headlamp and camera
