Northern Lights Walk in Tromsø - Nordlyssenteret

Our guide on this walking tour will take you to the best locations for observing the Northern Lights, in walking distance from the city center.

Beeing a professor on Northern Lights, our guide has good knowledge about the Northern Lights, the night sky , and also on how to take the best pictures. He can answer your questions on what you observe, and explain how to use your camera in order to get the most impressive images. He will also keep you updated on Northern Lights forecast and the local weather situation.

You need to bring good shoes and warm clothings. Shoe spikes and a reflective vest will be provided by us to ensure safe walking and observing.
There will be a maximum of 10 people in the group so that everyone have good access to the guide during the trip.

Hot drinks (coffee/tea/hot chokolade) and biscuits will be served at the observing location.
The tour takes in total 3 hours, 1 hour walking and 2 hours observing, and starts and ends at Scandic Grand Hotel in the city center.

Included: guiding in Norwegian and English, hot drinks, biscuits, boot spikes, reflective vest and a common photo sendt by e-mail after the tour
