Sushi restaurant that offers a unique dining experience consisting of a set menu of Japanese Edomae Sushi, invented almost two centuries ago in Tokyo. The restaurant is both intimate and stylish, with just 15 seats around the counter.
Omakase means "trust the chef", and you have good reason to with Vladimir Pak, as he is one of the most influential sushi chefs in Norway. The Omakase experience consists of 18 servings and a few surprises, and the food is paired either with a special beverage menu selected by the in-house sommeliers, or with drinks of your choosing from the extensive menu.
The restaurant is located on the second floor of Vikaterrassen.
Closed between late July and mid-August.
