Pink Fish is a chain of fast-food restaurants where salmon is the star of the menu. Here, you can get burgers, poke bowls, hotpots, salads and wraps with ASC-certified salmon. Bocuse D’or-winner Geir Skeie created the recipes using inspiration from three continents.
Most dishes can also be ordered in vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free versions.
