Do you want to go on a pilgrimage in Norway but find the planning a bit difficult? Don’t worry, we can do all the boring and difficult work for you. From us you can order a self-guided 7-day pilgrimage from Berkåk Train station to Trondheim, 117 km. We’ll send you the maps, pilgrim passport and leaflet mentioned under by post. All you need to do is to pack your luggage and show up at the train station at Berkåk at the right time. There you’ll be met by one of the local pilgrim guides who will transport your luggage the first leg. We’ll book you in at all the pilgrim hostels and make all the necessary arrangements according to food and transport.
This is what you get:
Accomodation every night in made beds.
Three meals a day.

All you need to carry is a small backpack for food, water, raincoat and other necessities.
Pilgrim passport for the St. Olav Ways.
Good and waterproof walking maps with the path and the accommodation sites marked.
A small leaflet with information about the heritage sites you’ll be encountering.
A full list with contact information to all the accommodation sites and churches along the path.
On your arrival you are also entitled to get the St. Olav Letter. This letter has to be claimed personally at Nidaros Pilgrim Centre, right behind the Cathedral. Bring your pilgrim passport.
Breakfast day one and dinner the last day.
Alcoholic beverages. This can be bought separately at most of the accommodation sites.
Transport to Berkåk train station and from Trondheim.
It is essential that you are fit to walk up to 25 km per day and have a valid travel insurance.
