The yacht is a Princess 50 with a great panoramic flybridge on top, salon inside, kitchen, salon on outside deck, 2 large cabins, and 2 restrooms. Cooling and heating, and guaranteed good atmosphere onboard.

Boat capacity:
Boat is certified for maximum 12 passengers, including safety equipment. No lower or upper age limitation. The ticket is for a full day, boat exclusively for you and your family (price per trip)

The fjord tour:
We depart from Bergen city center, watching the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen from the seaside with the beautiful backdrop of the seven mountains surrounding the city, including Mount Fløyen and Mount Ulriken.

We then slowly cruise up the fjords from Bergen. The scenery changes gradually from when we leave the second largest city in Norway, passing the suburbs Sandviken and Eidsvåg, to when we arrive at the narrow remote fjords and villages with beautiful waterfalls. At the waterfall in Modalen you can shower under the waterfall onboard the boat, or taste the fresh mountain water. The atmosphere shifts from busy city life, to a quiet and pristine landscape and surroundings.

We can dock in the village of Mo for a break, where you can explore the village on your own. 

Enjoy the quietness and nice nature during this full day cruise. As your host we will do our utmost to give you a memorable experience!

Guide:
The captain will also act as a guide and be available for all kinds of support and service during the tour.

Timetable:
09:30*: Departure from Bergen city center outside the Tourist Information.
10:15 Passing under the Nordhordland bridge, entering the Oster-Fjord
11:30  Entering the narrow fjords, with mountains, small remote farms, and pristine nature.
12:30  Stop at a 150 m cliff with waterfall down to the fjord and boat
13:00  Passing through the narrow Mostraumen channel, with strong tidal current.
13:30  Arrival at the waterfall in Mo
13:50  Dock in Mo village. Time for lunch at the local cafe (we can order table for you), or walkaround in the small village.
15:00: Departure from Modalen
17:00  Back in Bergen

* The departure time can be customized, or arrival back in Bergen can be a little before (speed up the return, arrival time agreed for each cruise)

Lunch:
There is a cafè in the village usually open in the summertime, or you can bring some lunch with you from Bergen.  We recommend the Market-hall at the ground floor below the tourist information in Bergen, with a great choice of various lunch options (seafood and sandwiches). 

We always have snacks, wine and various drinks included for you onboard the boat, and it is perfect to enjoy a good lunch onboard while cruising the fjords. If you bring the lunch, we have the wine.

Cancellation policy:
Tickets can be changed (if other days available) or cancelled for free up until 7 days before departure. Cancellations 7 to 2 days before is charged with 50 %. Cancellations must be made by email to post@seethefjords.com. Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded 2 days or less before departure.
