Only an hour's drive from southernmost Norway's coastal towns, lies the idyllic farm, Røyland Gård.
Røyland Gård is a lovely guest farm with only two rental units. The Høgda family cabin where the extended family can gather and the Solås log house for couples or small families. Both rental units have well-equipped kitchens and bathrooms with showers. Available outdoor area with furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue.
On the farm, we produce high quality food products such as jams, jellies, juices, mulled drinks, and drink syrups made from fine Norwegian ingredients. Our products are perfect accompaniments to cheese platters, dinners, and cured meats, or simply enjoyed on bread or porridge in everyday life. We are happy to open the farm shop for our cabin guests.
Use the farm as a starting point for excursions to the Sørlandsbyen, or to relax with the family among animals and nature. In summer you can greet all the animals. We have dogs, cats, chickens, horses and sheep. Starting from the farm, we have hiking trails to various letterbox peaks - including the municipality's highest point, Storemyrsknuten. How about a berry trip, mushroom trip or swimming trip to a nearby body of water? We also have canoes you can borrow. If you want it to be even more relaxing, you can bring a good book and use our large outdoor areas with benches.
