From the RadissonBLU restaurant you enjoy a phantastic view of the Slettefjell mountain ridge, changing every day with the light and the seasons. The restaurant serves 3 course dinners, but you may order just one or two courses and combine them after your liking.
Occasionally there may be variasjons as i.e. buffet; this will be announced.
The RadissonBLU restaurant is well known for its seasonal and themed highlights as the buffes at Christmas, 17th of May and during the Rakfish Festival which have become a tradition for many guests.
Vegetarian and other dietary alternatives are available on request.
The hotel's small dish menu is available every day from 1pm to 5.30pm. It can be ordered from the reception or the Lobby bar.
