The trip begins in Sparkevik, South of Bagn, and ends up 8 km down river by Fønhus. It normally takes 3 hours, but it all depends on the water level in the river.

Equipment
Although this is a easy trip, you will get wet - maybe a little, maybe a lot. Bring dry change and towel until after the trip. You also need extra shoes. For the trip, we recommend sneakers with wool socks inside to keep warm. Wetsuit, life jacket and helmet you will get to borrow from us.
