More commonly this waterfall is known as Utigardsfossen. The height of the falls is often given as 1968 feet, which only accounts for the steepest part of the falls. The figure of 2685' includes the cascades from the terminus of the Ramnefjellsbreen Glacier, as well as any cascades below the main part of the falls. One of the most magnificent waterfalls in the world, placed 11th on the list of the worlds highest waterfalls.
