With warmth and care, Gaustablikk's restaurant Bjørk will be the guest's home during their stay. Here the morning starts at the top with the generous breakfast buffet. The freshly baked bread comes of course from the Bakery - Gausta's own bakery.
In the evening, the evening's 3-course menu is offered, where high-quality ingredients can be met in modern taste experiences. The menu changes continuously and is based on ingredients and season. For the main course, there is always the evening's meat / fish or vegetarian to choose from.
