At Restaurant Bojer we use first-class ingredients prepared with great prediliction for the trade. The traditional "Lofotfiske", fishing for winter cod, is an institution and it is only natural that winter cod is on the menu during this season. In the summer and during the autumn, when Lofoten is at its lushest, you can for instance find fresh pollock, monkfish or Lofot lamb on the menu.
