Bolette is located on the ground floor of Comfort Hotel Victoria in Florø, and is an urban encounter with coastal culture.
Restaurant Bolette has its name from Bolette Helmers Olsen. Bolette is the name of the women who invented the hotel operation, and built the first hotel stage at the end of 18th century on the same spot as Hotel Victoria stands today. The motto of Restaurant Bolette is "easy - planet - enjoy". With these three words we would like to convey that Bolette is going to be a natural and sosial meeting place for every occasions. It is easy to step by for only a cup of coffee, cocktails or dinner.
