The dishes on the menu vary from the very simple to more advanced cooking with roots in Norwegian cuisine, but everything served has clear elements from the area around Beitostølen. Reindeer lichen, crowberry and sap are used in harmonious interaction with grouse, reindeer and goat's cheese. Throughout the menu, new flavors emerge, with some challenging and others unifying. The local producers' love for what they produce will be passed on to your plate.
