This means that the hotel is committed to maintaining local food traditions and serving food that is prepared using ingredients from local producers. We serve authentic local specialities such as smoked sheep’s head (smalahove), Vossakorv sausages, steamed, dried and salted ribs of mutton (pinnekjøtt) and cured leg of mutton (fenalår), but you will of course also find international dishes on the menu.
