Nice nature experiences for bicylists.
1st leg: Sveio village - Bjelland - Krossgått - Våga (asphalt cycle-track and local roads)
2nd leg: Våga - Kvalvåg - Fjon - E39 (local road)
3rd leg: from E39 - Route 47 (local road with tarmac)
4th leg: Søre Våge - Tveit - Sveio village ( local road and asphalt cycle-track)
From the Golf-park cycle to the road to the village and turn left, on to the pedestrian-/cycle-track, going northwards alongside the main road Route 47. When the cycle-track stops, cross the road and cycle on the side-road, signposted "Kvalvåg", eastwards past Lid school. At Krossgått turn left, towards Våga. The road goes under the E39, continue to Våga. Down a steep hill you come to a junction where you turn right.
You continue past Kvalvåg, past Fjon camping-place, and a fish farm. Further on you come to the highway E39
and you have to cycle to the left, on the highway about 200 metres as far as the side-road with a sign to "Søre Våge"which takes off to the right.
Along the next 10 km, past Eilerås and Kalland, there are several lakes, but note that swimming is not allowed in lakes used for town water supplies (signposted).
This road leads to the main road Route 47 where you turn right (north). Use the cycle-track, and turn into Route 541 with a sign to Buavåg. After about 1 km, keep to the right, leaving R541, and ride along Vågedalen. At the intersection with Route 47, cross over and
after a short distance on the cycle-track, turn right and follow the signs past Tveit on the local road. This leads back to R47 where the
cycle-track begins again and goes past Krossleite housing area and under the main road. Then you turn right and come back to Sveio village, and further on the Golf-park.
