Royal Gourmetburger & Gin is centrally located next to Bergen cinema and serves burgers with local meat, fresh burger buns and homemade dressings.

Royal Gourmetburger & Gin is a genuine and independent Bergen company and a concept focusing on local produce both in the bar and the kitchen.

The meat comes from local farmers from the west coast of Norway and is refined by the local Fana Kjøtt in Bergen.

At Royal Gourmetburger & Gin we bake our very own fresh burger buns every day and all our dressings are also homemade in the restaurant. At Royal you can get your classic burgers with cheddar and the best bacon as well as more modern classics like burgers with pulled pork and guacamole or sauerkraut and sausages.

Veggie burgers are also special to us as we make our own veggie-patties from quinoa, beans and vegetables as well as serving burgers with portobello mushroom and Halloumi to all you guys that want something else than meat. As sides we do fries and sweet fries and the popular spicy cheesy fries topped with warm chili/jalapeno cheddar sauce comes highly recommended.

Dark wooden walls and colorful tiles make the perfect cozy atmosphere with both comfortable sofas and a cool bar area. Beers from the local 7 Fjell Brewery in Bergen,coffee from Bergen Kaffebrenneri and gins from Bareksten (also from Bergen) is on the menu amongst 100 different gins and a signature cocktail menu based on the love for and the world of gin.
