Ruda Mat & Vin opened in March 2024 in new premises at Kræmer Brygge in Tromsø. Owners Eva-Linda and Espen have always dreamed of opening a restaurant that focuses on local,
flavorful food, great drinks, and first-class service — all served in a laid-back setting. We always prioritize local ingredients from amazing farmers in the area, and we’re proud to serve their high-quality products to our guests.
