Along the Glomma on Skarnes is Sanngrund – a 4-star campsite with cabin rental and places for caravans, camper vans and tents. Here's a playground, swimming area, activities on the water such as boat trips with or without fishing, canoeing, kayaking etc. In the cafeteria, delicious food is served every day from morning to evening.

For 40 years, guests have come to Sanngrund to have dinner, drink coffee in the cafe or spend the night at the campsite. Tens of thousands of people have visited the site, many of whom return again and again.
