Scandic Nidelven Hotel is one of Trondheim’s largest and most modern full-service hotels. The hotel is recognized as having Norway’s best hotel kitchen and has won national awards for serving Norway’s best hotel breakfast. Each year several chefs from the hotel qualify for the final of the national culinary art championship. All the food served at Scandic Nidelven is made from scratch using the best local produce. The hotel is richly decorated with local art, while the gallery on the river level features a new local art exhibition every third month.
