The restaurant can seat 120 guests. In combination with the conference rooms it can seat up to 230 guests. A-la-carte restaurant. Always exciting meals from the buffet or as a 3 or 4 course meal. Lunch buffet every Sunday.
Nordfjord Hotel wants to be far ahead when it comes to the food served at our restaurant. We have used a lot of resources to put together the best possible staff to do this job.
Our head chef, Runar Gudmundsson, comes from Island, and he manages his staff of apprentices, waiters, bust-boys, cooks and waiters in a great fashion. Dining at Nordfjord Hotel you will meet him from time to time, as he like to get in direct contact with the guests. It is always nice to consume a meal when the chef has explained everything about the sauces, spices and other aspects of the meal. The restaurant is a member of PLUS-DINING.
