Skaslien Guesthouse

Skaslien Gjestgiveri is currently run by Elin and Ottar Skaslien. They are both trained chefs, but today Ottar is in the kitchen while Elin is the general manager. The couple are the third generation to run the place, and have done so since Ottar's grandmother started Guesthouse in 1952.

Our waiters can recommend drinks to match the menu, from locally produced raspberry drinks or apple juice to fantastic wines or fine cocktails. Skaslien is known for its excellent cuisine and has won several awards and honours for its cooking.

Monday-Saturday h. 12:00- h. 21:00

Opening hours of the kitchen:

Lunch h. 12:00-h. 15:00 - Dinner h. 16:00- h. 21:00

Restaurant and bar open until until 23:00.
