Great cross-country tracks in the forest and in mountain terrain between the center of Ål, Ål ski center and the Bergsjøarea.
This area is accessible from Øvre-Ål, Kvinnegardslia, Torsbu and Holu and from Ål ski centre. There are also routes towards Bergsjø from here.
There are three picnic areas not far from the parking lot, which makes it perfect for families with small children. Here you will find benches, a fire pan and a toboggan hill.
If you want to reach the mountains quickly, the lift at Ål ski centre is a good choice.
