The season determines the menu with produce from our local food heroes in Skjolden and Luster.
Simple and classic is all a good plate of food should be. We believe the recipe for good food comes from the flavors of seasonal ingredients. Ingredients sourced from our local food heroes - right outside the hotel door. Home-smoked meat and fish. Herbs from the hotel's kitchen garden. Vegetables, fruit and berries from our plots at the farmer in the village. Crayfish from the Luster fjord. Deer, veal, beef, trout, salmon, mushrooms, plants, cheese, jams, juices and honey are among the ingredients we receive from local suppliers to our kitchen. We just call them our food heroes.

The evening's 4 course menu with accompanying wine recommendation is served in the restaurant from 18.30 - 21.00
