A new experience for the whole family is now available: Sleigh ride!
A sleigh ride with bells, flaming torches, and trotting horses through the forest to the Birkebeiner cabins at Mesna where we gather around the campfire for a hot drink. There is also opportunity to look inside the cabins used in “The Last King” and learn more about the shooting of the film, the Birkebeinerspelet play, and the story of Skjervald and Torstein.
Trips are available from mid-December to March.
