Smørhamn Trade Centre

History through 400 years Smørhamn is rich in history. King Kristian V was here in 1685. King Fredrik IV and his followers slept here in 1704. King Christian VI was her in 1733, together with queen Sophia Magdalena. Fishery, cargo boats, alcohol trade and a courthouse are just some of the history through these times. In old times, as well as now there were questhouse in Smørhamn. Here there was space for both kings and common people. You are certainly in good company whwn you visit Smørhamn! Smørhamn is surrounded by countryside. King Fredrik IV wrote in his diary «the lambs are grazing on the roof». Today you will see the lambs grazing close by. We offer 5 well-equipped apartments with copacity to accommodate 2-6 people.
