Snowmobile expedition in the Skibotn Valley

Overview

This tour is conducted by Active North. Snowmobile expedition in the Skibotn valley, the trail will take us through the forest and up into the open valley landscape offering views of the surrounding mountains and the valley itself.


Come with us on a nice snowmobile trip in Skibotn valley. 2 people on each snowmobile.

We start with instructions how to drive this vehicle and head out on the trail which is going through forest and over open landscapes. Two persons on each snowmobile. We will change driver during the trip. We will be taking photos when we stop, and the guide will always try to find you the best spot for nice pictures.

If the weather is good we will have a nice wiew to the Lyngen alps, and the fjord.

After the trip we will have a nice hot meal.

Period: 1.December - 31 March (dependent on snow conditions.)
Included: Transfer (1 hour and 45 minutes), guide, thermal suits, shoes, gloves, helmets, balaclavas + a warm meal (reindeer soup or vegan), lefse, biscuits and drinks
Please Bring:Driver license is required, varm wool
Duration: 7,5 hours
Participants: 2 - 16 people
Level: Medium

Departure time and place: Pick up by minibus/bus in Tromsø at 08:30 am at Full Steam in Søndre Tollbodgate 3.
OR meet at 10 am at Skibotn Husky (Stormyra 1, 9143 Skibotn).
