With Spåtind Sport Hotel as starting point, follow route 196 to Oppsjøkrysset.
With Spåtind Fjellstue as starting point, follow route 196 to Oppsjøkrysset. Turn right and continue east on route 204 for approx. 6 km to Hols Bru. After Hols Bru, turn left and follow signs for Liomseter. The route runs on dirt roads (trafficked) through spectacular forest terrain along lake Dokkvatnet. Distance from Hols Bru to Liomseterer is approx. 20 km with an elevation gain of approx. 200 m.
At Liomseter you will find a serviced DNT cabin (Norwegian Trekking Association). Spend a night or two in beautiful Langsua before returning along the same route via Hols Bru to Spåtind Fjellstue. The route runs on dirt roads, and is moderately challenging.
