Ski courses in Løten and Stange
Improve your skiing skills by participating in ski courses with Spreke Opplevelser.

We offer weekend courses over two days at Budor, or private lessons whenever you wish. Learn to ski, become a better classical skier or challenge yourself on ice skating. Our instructor, Amund, gives you personal tips and feedback so that you have things to work on when you continue skiing on your own.

Sauna and ice bathing in Haverbekkvika
Enjoy an invigorating and vigorous sauna experience in our sauna by Lake Rokosjøen.

Spreke experiences offers a wood-heated sauna with room for six people in Haverbekkvika in Løten. Here we also provide holes in the ice, so that the hot sauna can be combined with a very refreshing ice bath. Right next to the sauna is the lavvo, where you can warm up or enjoy a good meal.

Beaver safari in Svartelva
During the spring and autumn you can join us on a beaver safari in Svartelva. We paddle slowly, take in the scenery, and hope to see the beaver in it's natural habitat. We have our very special place by the Svartelva river where we start and end the tour, close to where the beavers lives. Possibility of a bonfire after the end of the paddling trip.

"Helt på vidda" for groups and companies
For companies, we have the team building program "Helt på vidda" at Budor. Here, it's about cooperation and active experiences out in nature. As a team, you have to make good choices to get to the various posts, as well as carry out various collaborative tasks along the way.

"Helt på vidda" is organized in collaboration with Karset Aktivitetsgård and is suitable for companies or private individuals in groups of 6 to 30 people.
