Stand up paddling (SUP) is one of the new exciting activities from 2014! SUP is the fastest growing sport ever. And not only on Hawaii. You can paddle a SUP board anywhere where there is water: on a lake, river, fjord and sea. It is great fun as well as good exercise for strength, endurance and balance.
With the right equipment, SUP is easy to learn and it gives an immediate sense of achievement. SUP is good training for strength, overall fitness and not least, balance!
SUP is easy and fun to do with friends!
Compared to when you are sitting down in a kayak or canoe, you have a better view when you are paddling standing up.
