Summer café at Raw Ocean Lodge

The café is open every day in July and serves both indoors and outdoors. In addition to the set menu, you will also find a new dish of the day every day. The café also has a licence to serve beer and wine.

Pull pork BBQ Sandwich - NOK 220
Slow-roasted pork neck from Slakter Snørteland on house-made brioche bread, with chilli aioli, green salad from Ferkingstad and pickled red onion. Served with coleslaw (allergens: milk, gluten, egg, mustard).

Fish burger - NOK 220
Burger of haddock and other available fish on house brioche bread, with green salad and raw cheese salad from Ferkingstad. Topped with remoulade (allergens: fish, lactose (cream), egg, gluten (wheat))

Topped with baked vegetables, almonds, sunflower seeds and olive oil. Served with Foccacia and Labneh (allergens: gluten (wheat) in foccacia, lactose in labneh, sesame seeds).
