People are dining out more and more. We experiment at home in the kitchen, challenging our taste buds with spices and aromas from the four corners of the earth. The old dining rooms are our pride and joy. Is there any other hotel that can say the same? Within 350 year old walls and beneath a low attic ceiling in established and mature buildings, we serve lunch and dinner à la carte – to those who want to dine alone or for small groups. The dining rooms are adorned with rustic antiquities and a warm, cosy glow is emitted from the fireplaces. It’s not surprising that many of our diners linger at their tables.
