Svane Apartments has three modern apartments next to Kaspergården, just 5-10 minutes' walk from the centre of Gjøvik and the coach/train station. Close to supermarkets, petrol station and health centre. The apartment building has a well-kept garden and a private garage.

The apartments are fully furnished and all have flat-screen TVs with cable-TV provided by Canal Digital, underfloor heating, washing machine, drier and a well-equipped kitchen with crockery and cutlery and Miele white goods (microwave oven, cooker, oven, fridge and dishwasher).
