Farm Dairy, Bakery and Cafe at Rosenli farm.

The farm's history dates back to 1894. The family that lives at Rosenli Gård today have been running horses on the farm since 2003 and have been offering activities for children at the farm since 2013, before they started Ysteri & Bakeri and Cafe at the farm.

The Dairy
The Dairy or Micro Dairy produces Low-pasteurized and organic Tønsberg Milk, Thick Milk, Tjøme Cream, Sem Butter, Feta, Færder Cream, cheeses, ice cream and yoghurt, and uses organic eggs, honey, berries, fruit and herbs from their own farm as flavorings and ingredients.

Some flavors are only produced in season in order to be of the highest quality.

The Bakery
The Bakery is an artisan bakery, good flour makes good bread! The Bakery uses organic stone-ground flour and fermentation of dough. This adds a good quality to the farm's products that characterizes quality. Eggs, milk, whey, hops and honey and herbs are used in several of the products, all from their own production on the farm. Tønsberg Bread, Jarlsberg Bread and Sem Bread are baked here.

Rosenli Gård is Debio, Miljøfyrtårn and Hanen approved.

Rosenlitunet (Rosenli Farm) also offers an open animal park and garden. Café and farm shop with a lot of organic food in season. Check the facebook page for opening hours.
