Taste of Norway is a seasonal food concept in the heart of Bergen. Here you'll find a plentiful buffet with a focus on local ingredients and Norwegian traditions.
Taste of Norway is only open during the summer from 25 June to 31 August.
The buffet offers a wide selection of traditional Norwegian dishes, prepared with a focus on local ingredients and flavor, as well as showcasing Norwegian culinary heritage.
Learn fascinating stories behind the dishes in a truly unique setting - surrounded by an indoor Norwegian forest with the Northern Lights dancing above the buffet.
It is possible to visit without a reservation, but booking a table online in advance is strongly recommended. All reservations are for a duration of 2 hours. For groups of 10 or more, please get in touch by email to arrange a booking. Children under the age of 6 eat for free.
