Teamkraft

TeamKraft facilitates after the customer's request.

They offer customized teams and collaborative trainings for private and public companies, institutions, associations and consumers.

2-3 hours, half day, full day, several days, several modules "with the person in the center".

TeamKraft works according to the motto "From theory to practice, from words to action".

The theory forms the basis. They also have good speakers who fit very well into their concept.

Over a period of approx. 15 years they have developed their concept in TeamKraft. Through education and jobs in the police, the prison service, the school, sports, the defense, the ambulance service and the private business sector for decades have given us a lot of good learning and experience.

Exercises and practical learning are an important part of TeamKraft's concept.

Coping, joy and the community.

Mood, Challenge and Learning are other words and expressions that often comes back when they have groups visiting.

Their headquarters are Slettevold farm in Mysen, but are often out to meet the customer in their arenas.

The group size varies from 8-10 people and up to several hundred.
