Åndalsnes
Meet up at Norsk Tindesenter (mountaineering centre) in the centre of Åndalsnes. The bus (Veøy) will depart right in front of the centre. The bus takes you to Isfjorden - up the beautiful Vengjedalen valley - to Vengjedalssetra where the trail starts. The journey takes approx. 20 min one way.
The Romsdalseggen ridge hike starts at Vengjedalssetra and finishes in Åndalsnes. The Romsdalseggen bus brings you hassle-free to the start of the trail. Travel green, and save both time and money. The bus departs from Norsk Tindesenter in the centre of Åndalsnes. Purchase your ticket in advance to secure your seat, and help us prevent long queues on the busiest days. The bus departs daily from the middle of June until end of September.
