The Olympic hall of 200 m2 is our largest conference hall, and can be divided into three smaller halls. The Olympic hall with adjoining group rooms and break areas provides a pleasant setting for events of up to 200 people.

The Olympic Hall with adjoining group rooms and break areas provides a pleasant setting for events of up to 200 people. The halls are decorated with effects from the 1994 Olympic Games. So here you can wander around and reminisce about the cold winter days, which really put Norway on the map.

Outside the premises there is a pleasant gallery where we serve refreshments as desired. Toilets and a relaxation area are also connected to the halls.

In the Olympic hall, there are ceiling-mounted projectors against the central screen. In addition, a ceiling-mounted projector in the middle of the hall as an auxiliary projector with a front projector. There are ceiling-mounted PA speakers for speech and music. Mixing console for sound. 1 fixed wireless handheld mic, 2 fixed mosquito with headset, x number of fixed handheld mic.

Our event manager at the hotel will be happy to help you with the practicalities. It is important to collect information about the participants with regard to special needs related to, for example, various forms of allergies or disabilities.     How to get there

    Hafjell Hotel is centrally located in Hafjell, right next to the E6. The nearest neighbors are Lilleputthammer family park and Lekeland Hafjell. Hunderfossen Family Park is 3 km away and Lillehammer is 15 km away.

    FROM SOUTH: take the E6 at the exit to Hafjell center, and turn right at the first roundabout. Continue straight ahead past Scandic Hafjell and Hafjell Hotell is on your right.

    FROM NORTH: take the E6 at the exit to Hafjell center, and turn left at the first roundabout, and straight ahead through the next roundabout. Continue straight ahead past Scandic Hafjell and Hafjell Hotell is on your right.

    Hafjell Hotel is located 15 km north of Lillehammer and our address is Hundervegen 33. There are buses between Lillehammer and Hafjell. The bus stop is just 100 metres from the hotel. During the summer season, there is also a "Summer Bus" between Lillehammer, Hafjell and Hunderfossen. It stops at the same stop.
