Welcome to an Opera you never forget!
Foundation Oscarsborg Opera is a non-profit organization that produces opera productions of the highest class in the courtyard of the fortress of Oscarsborg. In historic surroundings, the Foundation has produced great works as Aida, La Boema, Tosca, Rigoletto Carmen mf.
In over 12 years, about 78 000 people visited the Opera in August with the these great classics. Besides performance offered noon rentals, boat transport from Oslo, accommodation and dining before the show and during the show.
In 2016 puts Oscarsborg Opera up Madama Butterfly by Puccini. Premiere August 10th. Also plays 12th, 13th, 17th, 18th, 20th, 21. August. Tickets will go on sale in March 2016.
