The residential unit Skipperstua - makes up the tenderloin in Kråkeslottet Senja. Here are large rooms with a view out to the open sea and towards the white sandy beach.
Kråkeslottet is a cultural and historical building with a past as a traditional fishery built in 1899. Then it became a setting for art and culture and that has left its mark on the house. You can spend days exploring it.
In addition to the stately living room, the accommodation at Skipperstua consists of Assembly Kitchen and the bedrooms Jomfruburet, Helmerbua and Kongerommet. Then you can, if necessary, add more bedrooms; - Horizonten, Himmel-og-hav-senga and Kollbua.
The Assembly Kitchen has a long table of driftwood, with room for 16, a rocking chair and a day bed. In Skipperstua along with the grand piano hang paintings by the Russian artist, Prince Leonid Benatov, who has a connection to Kråkeslottet. There are two seating areas and even space for dancing. In the dainty Jomfruburet an old wedding dress hangs on the wall. Helmerbua used to house a boat crew. In Kongrommet lived the first and only king at Kråkeslottet, Han Ulf. These three bedrooms together have 7 beds. Horizonten has a double bed where you sleep in the window but where only flying fish can look in. In front of the Himmel og Hav bed (also a double bed) there is a window in the floor, and you can look straight down into the sea.
Basically, the housing unit Skipperstua has three bedrooms / 7 beds but can be expanded so that there are 6 rooms and 13 beds. Three bathrooms are shared. Free wood-fired sauna. Bench with toys in Skipperstua. Two rowing boats to borrow.
