In "Bryggerhuset" at Austvang you can join activities like baking in an old stone oven with fire from wood, in addition to sales of handcraft.
Austvang farm is built in Swiss style in 1893, and "bryggerhuset" has kept it's unique and old fashion style. The farm has an exciting history from the tme it was a dairy, where they had the first Yorkshire pigs in Norway.
Groups at request
Groups can order activities at the farm at request. You can have a lovely day/evening with your good friends, colleagues or family.
Do something joyable together, baking bread in the old fashion way, enjoy a delicious homemade pizza from the stone oven, or dip your own candles.

The first weekend in August every year, "Austvang" is one of the farms where you can "walk gardtass" - in the olden days that meant walking from one farm to another asking for food. nowadays it means walking from farm to farm, doing nice things at each farm.
