




Todalshytta is a historic cabin in Todalen from the English period, perfect for hiking in Trollheimen and fishing by the river Toåa.
In Todalen, Møre og Romsdal, lies Todalshytta. Experience nature, sea fishing, and the salmon-rich Toåa river in this peaceful place. The cabin is staffed during the season (1st June - 1st September).
Todalshytta, a traditional cabin built in 1901 by Lort Phillips, is full of character. It has 13 renovated rooms with 24 beds. Available are single rooms, double rooms, family rooms, and a suite - all with comfortable beds.
The cabin boasts a large kitchen, cosy dining areas, and a fireplace lounge. Toilets, showers, and baths on the corridor are shared.
The area offers excellent hiking opportunities, with Todalen being the gateway to Trollheimen. The hike from the cabin over Bjøråskaret to Innerdalen is stunning. The Toå river, flowing just below the cabin, is known for excellent fishing opportunities, attracting salmon anglers repeatedly.
For those seeking simpler accommodation, parts of Todalshytta also offer Tourist Association lodgings, accessible with a DNT key. These are also available outside the season.
