Tonstad
Tonstad Bakeri AS is a traditional artisan bakery located in the centre of Tonstad in Sirdal. Here you will find our bakery, where most products are still made by hand using traditional methods. We also have a bakery shop and a cosy café. During the summer season, guests can enjoy our ice cream kiosk and outdoor seating. In total, there are more than 100 seats available during the high season.
We are a certified artisan bakery and have been part of Tonstad since 1936. We bake bread, buns, rusks, cakes, cookies, and lunch items. We also serve good coffee and cold drinks, and have a small gift and interior section.
Our traditional yeast pastries and shortcrust baked goods are made from recipes dating back to the early 1900s and prepared by trained bakers and pastry chefs in our own bakery. Fresh bread is available every morning from 7:00 a.m., with a wide selection to choose from.
We always stock frozen gluten-free products from Elda Bakeri, offering safe and tasty options for guests with allergies or intolerances.
